How much time is appropriate depends upon what you want to explore and resolve. Usually, we start off with six sessions and review towards the end of that period. We will decide together how long we work together and regularly review our relationship. I tend to see clients once a week at a regular time.

One week notice required for cancellations. If you do not attend an appointment or give less than 48 hours notice, the agreed fee will still be payable.
