My Approach

As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I use a range of approaches and models. This enables me to personalise my approach to your individual needs. I work with you to help you to explore whatever life issues you may be struggling with.

Our sessions gives you the opportunity to discuss your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a non-judgemental and confidential space. I will give you time to work out how to best cope with what you are facing, to come to terms with the past as well as to explore ways to improve your relationships. 


I will support you but also at times challenge you so that you can honestly evaluate and clarify what is really important to you. Our sessions are a way for you to gain further insight into who you are and how you want to live your life. 


I work with clients from a range of diverse backgrounds and varying personal situations. I offer both short and long-term sessions.
